Everyone has a unique perspective and way of understanding the world around them. But I've found that art has an amazing power of bringing people together and creating opportunites to bridge the gap between those differences. Now if we choose to remain insular and only focused on our own thoughts and opinions, we stand incomplete and detached from a bigger picture, just like an alphabet with only vowels and no Consonants. But when we are able to exchange thoughts, feelings, and impressions with one another side by side, we begin to become more complete.

The purpose of this exhibition was to host a gathering of Missing Consonants, and to create a space that encouraged collective engagement with the hope of fostering a spirit of united Consonance and understanding.
